WORK IN PROGRESS FOR INTERNATIONAL REHABILITATION CENTER

A 32-person delegation from Poland, Sweden, Slovakia, and Czech Republic consisting of representatives of local administrations, disabled federations, and their affiliated associations has arrived at Alanya to see the location of the International Training and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled People intended to be built in Alanya.

The delegation, which has come for the International Training and Rehabilitation Center for Disabled People, financed by EU funds, the partners of which is Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Alanya of Turkey, has begun work. Mayor Hasan Sipahioğlu stated that the necessary procedure for building the center in Alanya were in progress.

Regarding the disabled holiday and training center, Alanya District Governor Hulusi Doğan and Alanya Mayor Hasan Sipahioğlu had visited Poland and participated in meetings and attended talks for building the Training and Rehabilitation Center for People with Disabilities in Alanya. 

Delegations from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, and Sweden have visited Alanya Mayor to exchange views to that end. Moreover, Mayor Sipahioğlu has described the work done since he took office. Ms. Ewa Urszula Gagat, the president of the Trianon Association of Poland, has thanked Sipahioğlu in her speech and said that they would do an efficient group work in Alanya. Furthermore, the ministry officials from Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic have said they would prepare a report related to the disabled holiday and training center and submit to their own ministries. The delegations will continue to work in groups for 1 week.
